Bring out your inner artist with photographer Cheryl Culbertson
and her specialized sets in her secure, convenient Miami studio.

 

A native Miamian, Cheryl Culbertson brings formal training and education in art and design, in addition to worldwide shoots during her 20-year career in front of and behind cameras. Cheryl was awarded her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a double major of photojournalism/communications and art history at the University of Miami in 2000.

But even before the classroom, Cheryl was seasoned not only throughout the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica, but also in Afghanistan (pre-war), Lebanon (during a war), and National Geographic travels to India and China.

With an unwavering 21 st-century artistic eye, Cheryl creates specialized sets to bring out her clients’ “inner artist” and inner truth in her studios in Miami’s South Beach and Coconut Grove.

Shows

With a grassroots following, Culbertson’s photography has appeared at appeared at "The Armory" in West Palm Beach, Vincent in Coconut Grove, the University of Miami, and in photojournalism exhibits at the Lowe Museum, as well as at private showings at venues such as The Gallery.

Due to the close nature of photography and subject, Cheryl’s work is rarely exhibited publicly (and never without client permission!). More samples are available at her studio.


Personal
A life-long learner and activist, Cheryl has raised millions of dollars for women’s cancer research, animal rights, and our environment. Cheryl also is a successful, certified life coach, with a speciality in artists, from publishers to writers, actors, other photographers, and many more.   Cheryl is a Native of Miami, Florida with world travels to war-torn zones, the Mid-East, China, India, the U.S., and Canada. Cheryl earned her B. F.A. at the University of Miami in photojournalism/communications and art history.
